We’re looking for a Utility Coordinator to play a key role in shaping the success of our projects by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of essential utility data to our design and delivery teams. What You'll Be Doing As a Utility Coordinator, you’ll own the utility data process on your assigned projects from start to finish. You’ll: Be the go-to person for utility information across the project lifecycle. Review, manage, and present data using digital tools like GIS and BIM360 Docs. Collaborate with project teams, designers, and external partners to ensure utility data is fit-for-purpose. Identify efficiencies through our Global Support Team and flag innovative ways to streamline our processes. Promote and champion utility best practices throughout the alliance. You’ll also help onboard new starters, manage communications through our dedicated utility mailbox, and stay ahead of industry changes that impact the way we work. ️ What You’ll Bring ✅ Previous experience in the construction or utilities sector ✅ Confidence using digital tools like ArcGIS or BIM ✅ Understanding of key industry documentation (e.g., HSG47, CDM Regs, PAS 128 & 256) ✅ Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills ✅ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities ✅ Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Who You’ll Work With You'll work closely with: Designers and Engineers The Construction and SHEQ teams Our GIS and CAD teams External stakeholders such as asset owners, surveyors, and suppliers This is a role where relationships matter, and your ability to bring people together and share knowledge will be key to your success.
