In-depth knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint, Teams Voice, and portal administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A methodical and proactive approach to problem-solving. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with IT systems used in healthcare or charity organizations.
