We’re The Physio Crew, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated, enthusiastic Sports Physio or Sports Therapist to join our growing, forward-thinking practice in Barnstaple.
🔍 About the Role
This is a dynamic role involving a mix of clinic and rehab work, performance testing, and working with cutting-edge technology. You’ll be working with a diverse caseload from private patients to athletes, in a practice known for its excellence in care (500+ glowing testimonials!).
Key Duties:
* Treat patients with a variety of MSK conditions in clinic and rehab settings
* Use elite equipment: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Shockwave, Alter G, Compex, LymphaTouch
* Supervise equipment use in our gym and rehab space
* Performance testing using dynamometers and SCAT testing for sports teams
* Run evening clinics and support return-to-play assessments
* Weekly 2-hour CPD and case review with experienced senior physios

✅ What We’re Looking For
* CSP & HCPC registration (if applying as a Physiotherapist)
* 3+ years qualified preferred, but we’re open to less experience for the right candidate
* Excellent organisation – all notes and invoices completed daily
* A warm, friendly personality who puts patients first
* Self-motivated, reliable, and always willing to learn
* Someone with a driving license
* Must have right to work in UK - nil sponsorship available
📍 Location & Hours
* Based in Barnstaple, North Devon
* Employed role, 15–37.5 hours per week
* Some evening/weekend work required
💰 Salary & Benefits
* £25,000 – £47,000 depending on experience
