£12.45
Contract: Permanent contract part-time/ fulltime hours available.
Shift Pattern: 2x 24 hours
6/12 hour shifts including every other weekend
7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm (6hrs shift)
7am - 7pm (12 hr shift)
Nightshift: 7pm until 7am with a 10% enhancement
We are looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team at Richmond Village. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to our residents who live in our serviced apartments on site. So the great news is there is no travel as all your residents are in one place.

What the role entails:
Whilst no two days will be the same in this role, as we adapt to the needs of our residents across the village. It’s likely you’ll be covering a variety of duties across our onsite apartments such as:
* Assisting residents with personal care duties
* Supporting at mealtimes where appropriate
* Helping to promote mental and physical activity of residents through hobbies, interests or activities within the village
* Answering emergency calls on site when care alert system is activated
* Working with the Domiciliary Care Manager and other external professionals such as GPs, Chiropodists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists where appropriate
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in a care/dementia setting or you may have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), however, this isn’t essential as full training will be provided.
