Depot Manager
Our client is a dynamic manufacturer and leading brand in the UK temporary accommodation, site accommodation and modular building market. Now hiring a Depot Manager as part of ongoing growth and positive change.
Location
West Midlands (Ideal home locations would be Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Telford, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Stafford, Rugeley, Lichfield, Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, Nuneaton, or close)
The Job Role
The Depot Manager role is a leadership position with an important commercial sales focus. It is a broad operational and business role that entails:
1. Leadership of a total team of 20+ staff across all departments.
2. Responsibility for the delivery of effective weekly operations.
3. Management of depot financials and P&L.
4. Implementation of commercial ideas to drive continued growth.
5. Engagement with, and strategic input into, key accounts and high spend customers.
6. Ongoing development of and support of team members.
The Person Needed
For the Depot Manager role, our client is looking for related experience including:
1. Experience leading a depot or branch-based team – branch manager or depot manager.
2. Broad operational and business skills to balance effective management across departments.
3. Confidence in engaging high spend B2B customers.
4. A positive, dynamic and supportive team ethos.
The Rewards
£55-65K Basic (depending on experience) + bonus = £3-5K. Expensed hybrid car, pension, healthcare, excellent package.
