Role Summary:
Badminton England is looking for a Regional Manager to cover (South Central, London & South East) on a 12 month fixed term contract. The main focus of this role will be to lead the implementation of Badminton England within the agreed area with a primary focus on achievement of participation targets.
Responsibilities:
* Maximise participation levels through effective support, advice and guidance to key partners.
* Identify and then build and maintain excellent relationships with key partners and stakeholders to deliver Badminton England strategic targets.
* Facilitate access to services and products for key partners and stakeholders to deliver Badminton England strategic objectives.
* Support the protection and enhancement of facility provision in the area with an excellent understanding of the current situation and driving alternative approaches to facility management and operation.
* Maintain an up to date understanding of customers and customer needs and embed customer insight in delivery across all partners.
* Maximise data collection with partners and stakeholders through effective use of Badminton England platforms and CRM system.
* Identify, secure and deploy external funding to support local delivery.
* Embed inclusion and legacy into work of key partners.
* Contribute to the development of national policy by undertaking local projects determined by geographical need.

Key information:
Term: 12 months fixed-term contract.
Hours/Location:
We're all about output so we have Hybrid working and flexible hours in place - it's a full-time role (35.58 hours per week), but we understand that people have lives outside of BE - please talk to us about what you need. We can't promise anything, but we're open to discussing how we can support you.
This role can be performed remotely, but there will be regular travel. You will need to be able to travel into Milton Keynes at least 4 times a year plus additional days as required.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
