Responsibilities:
1. Processing all membership applications from website.
2. Issuing annual membership documents and web access updates.
3. Managing invoices and payments for subscriptions.
4. Updating client database.
5. Monthly billing of Accredited Training Certificates and sending reports.
6. Training bookings and assessment results.
7. Ad hoc project work.
8. Liaising with Auditors regarding members.
9. Banking Receipts.
10. Allocation of Cash.
11. Managing email traffic across multiple inboxes.
12. Sending invoices daily.

Hours:
