At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells office.
We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

* Partner with colleagues and external partners to set the long-term direction of the product in line with customer, market and industry insight.
* Collaborate effectively to gather and prioritise product requirements, building a roadmap that will ensure the vision is achieved.
* Act as leader for agile product delivery, prioritising the backlog and tasks, breaking down complex requirements to manage the flow of work, balancing customer values, business goals and technical feasibility.
* Monitor product performance to refine features and make prioritisation decisions.
* Use agile tools and techniques to drive successful delivery, lead sprint planning and the relevant agile ceremonies to guide cross-functional teams to deliver value with optimal risk or effort.
* Bridge the gap between the Technical and Business capabilities in the design and delivery of digital products, working closely with the BA capability to ensure Epics, Features and User Stories are produced to a high standard, enabling the successful delivery of change.
* Listen, coach and mentor team members to consistently drive best practices and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
* Demonstrable experience of Product Management/Product Ownership in a transformation and digital context.
* Knowledge of Agile frameworks and governance and Product Delivery processes.
* Experience in delivering complex change.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to converse with stakeholders of all levels, ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
* Ability to make decisions and take responsibility where necessary.
* Strong thought leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Experience of managing direct reports and managing extensive matrix teams including offshore resources during project delivery.
* Financial Services background, ideally with exposure to the PMI/IPMI industry.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
