The Deputy HR & OD Business Partner will provide expert HR and OD advice to the workforce strategy and business planning process for designated Functions/Directorates, providing professional and customer-focused advice and support to Associate Directors, managers, and staff in the identification and management of operations issues. The post holder will lead and support HR and OD initiatives, adopting a coaching approach to build leadership and management capability in addressing people-related challenges.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing highly complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
2. Driving recruitment and retention strategies.
3. Promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
4. Fostering employee voice.
5. Shaping organisational culture and behaviours.
6. Collaborating with other HR, OD, and corporate colleagues to deliver effective, joined-up ways of working.
