We are working closely with our client to recruit a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant to join their team. Job Description: Prepare all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions e.g. flexible working. Support the implementation of HR systems or databases; to enter data and maintain these accordingly. Prepare, as required, management reports on employee-related data to assist with the management and development of staff. Provide general administration support to the HR department as required, acting as point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment and selection process. Any other duties as required. The Person will be able to demonstrate: A professional and confident approach to working relationships, have great communication and literacy skills.
