Job summary/PurposeTaylor Wimpey is continually striving to develop our customer experience throughout their journey to become a homeowner. Part of this is ensuring we are exceeding expectations around visibility of their home during the build process and access to our product choices. We want to provide our customers with easy access to these options. The Options Coordinator will be responsible for managing all customer options in the Business Unit. The will set up the Options Online system to process orders for new developments, coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure customer options are ordered at the correct stage, and liaise with local suppliers and contractors to ensure customer options are fitted correctly and to the highest possible standard. The role also includes regular contact and communication with the Options department in Head Office for national guidance and updates. Primary ResponsibilitiesManage customer options offering within the Business Unit Liaise with local suppliers and contractors to ensure customer options are fitted correctly.
