Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Lantern, at their contact centre in Pudsey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team, committed to providing affordable debt payment solutions.
Key Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
1. Provide empathetic customer service to vulnerable customers
2. Assist customers with their financial queries, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency
3. Update customer records accurately on the internal CRM systems
4. Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, handling sensitive and confidential information
5. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department targets and KPIs
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre is desirable
2. Be a great listener
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
