About The Job:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
3. Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
4. Supporting HR initiatives and programmes, such as employee engagement surveys and performance management.
5. Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of recruitment and onboarding, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
