We have a fantastic opportunity for a natural communicator who enjoys resolving customer queries through emails, calls, and live chat. As part of our dedicated European Customer Service Team, you will be focused on supporting Games Workshop’s customers and hobbyists across all of Europe, ensuring that they receive exceptional service every single time.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work to resolve all email, call, and live chat queries as efficiently and effectively as possible. This is a busy role, answering customer queries such as ‘Where’s my order?’ and helping to replace damaged or mispacked orders.
We have no scripts to read, so you will be working on your own initiative, using integrity and compassion to ensure that you tailor your conversations to the individual enquiry, ensuring high levels of resolution and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in resolving customer enquiries, be driven to achieve results, and have excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills. You will enjoy solving problems and finding the best solutions while being resilient and calm under pressure, ensuring you maintain composure to reach the best possible outcome.
We know that keeping a smile on your face whilst answering the 60th email of the day is challenging; however, consistently delivering high levels of customer service at all times, no matter how demanding the workload, will be a challenge that you will relish! If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and would like to bring your amazing communication skills to our friendly, hardworking team, we want to hear from you!

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
