We are currently recruiting an experienced Meetings and Events Office Manager for a highly regarded hotel operator to join their sales and events team at a large bustling property in Leicester. For this role we are looking for an experienced hotel-based MICE Office Manager not only with a solid background in meetings and events but a strong knowledge of the market.
As Meeting and Events Office Manager you'll lead and manage a team of experienced Meeting and Events Executives whilst reporting to the Head of Sales & Events and the General Manager.
Required experience:
Strong hotel-based events and office management experience (ideally MICE in a large, branded property). A real self-starter and solid mentor who is confident in leading and developing an experienced team. A strong knowledge of the market is a must for this role!
