The home has a sister home on the same site, Olive Tree House. Both homes share a Manager, with a deputy in each. As the Deputy in Rose Garden, you'll have the support of both the Manager and a Regional Manager, and you'll also have the space and freedom to manage your team. This needs to be at least 2 years, although more is preferred. Experience of dementia care is essential. - Experience in a care home setting would be very advantageous.
