We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mitie Shared Service team and provide the HR team and business with system knowledge and expertise to support our continuous improvement plans. Working as part of the HR Systems & Data team, the role will involve supporting and processing activities directly linked to HRIS data maintenance. The role holder will work closely with other HR Systems & Data team members to ensure processes are fit for purpose, they support the business, and best practice system maintenance is in place.
-What will you deliver?
-Work in partnership with HR Systems & Data team, along with wider HR team members.
-Oversee new system releases within SuccessFactors, liaising with stakeholders to identify changes, improvements, and best practices. Ensure thorough testing is completed and collaborate closely with the Information Systems team to guarantee seamless transitions during upgrades.
-Ensure data is appropriately managed within HR systems and in line with GDRP and accountable for completing all required data maintenance activities.
-Support business wide projects when required, working closely with key stakeholders to understand and deliver acceptance criteria and complete UAT testing.
-Present data in a format that is clear, accurate and meaningful to other stakeholders.
-Act as a system expert for other teams within HR Shared Services to improve the quality of information inputted and exported from the HR system.
-Ensure all processes are adhered to and best practice is followed.
-Continually review processes, look for opportunities to standardise and automate.
Knowledge Skills & Experience
-SFX accredited for SAP SuccessFactors preferred
-Understanding and experience of supporting business projects, including designing appropriate user stores, user acceptance criteria and test scripts.
-Experience in Microsoft Reporting Services and Analysis Services
-Ability to identify and evaluate processes for continuous improvement opportunities, make recommendations and implement plan to achieve improvements.
-Excellent analytical skills and high level of attention to detail.
-Strong communication and teamworking skills required.
