Adaptive Learning Supporter Role Available Through Teaching Personnel!
Are you passionate about working with young people who have Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an Adaptive Learning Supporter at a dedicated school in Somerset, starting on 22nd April 2025. With both part-time and full-time positions available, this role allows you to make a real difference in the lives of students aged 11-19, who have a range of complex needs, including PMLD, SLD, MLD, Autism, and associated visual and other complex needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Adaptive Learning Supporter, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to support students in a variety of ways. You will assist in creating a positive learning environment tailored to the students’ unique abilities, helping them develop essential skills for both education and life. You will be involved in supporting students with their academic work, assisting with their social development, and ensuring they are included in all aspects of school life.
Working Hours and Flexibility
The school operates from Monday to Friday, 8.40am – 3.30pm, with flexibility around the days you can work depending on your availability. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing you to choose a work pattern that best suits your schedule.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
