The Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is seeking an ELM (Early Life-cycle Manager) specialised in strengthening our Base Building Qualification processes!

The Base Building ELM Project Manager supports the construction phases, building equipment installation, working with data to find root causes and generate improvements on further launches and retrofits across Europe. This role includes a travel requirement both domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Manage projects and initiatives, provide progress reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for significant milestones and mitigate conditions affecting project cost or schedule.
2. Lead installation and operation quality inspections and equipment commissioning for base building equipment to drive continuous improvement.
3. Lead RME input for development of Building templates specification and site-specific composites.
4. Lead continuous improvement for all new buildings including cross-functional collaboration with design and construction, change management, and procurement.
5. Support construction and launch execution teams leveraging discussions with vendors and other department representatives.
6. Integrate RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) policies and deliverables into the launch plans and provide guidance and direction to other departments to cascade this into the designs, contracts, and commissioning phases.
7. Capture lessons learned and develop/execute action plans to improve quality or efficiency of new facility launches.
8. Specify and coordinate standards and deliverables for new equipment being turned over to RME.
9. Understand the anticipated life cycle cost based on initial design and planned design improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree/Masters in a relevant subject area (Engineering/Project Management).
2. Experience in the distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent experience in the mechanical or electrical field.
3. Experience or use of PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen.
4. Demonstrable experience of project management and implementation with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive successful project results.
5. Experience within the areas of Greenfield infrastructure building and construction.
6. Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

1. Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment.
3. Demonstrated problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment.
4. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization.
5. Proven ability to influence internal/external stakeholders without authority to adopt new processes/initiatives.
6. Strong written and oral communication skills.
7. High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously.
8. Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
