About Our Client
This client specializes in refurbishment and maintenance works on a wide variety of schemes with local authorities, councils, and housing associations. They operate in Northamptonshire and focus on a range of planned maintenance works across high-rise and low-rise properties.
Job Description
Your role will involve:
* Working alongside the commercial team to ensure all commercial elements of the job are in place and adhered to, allowing the projects to run as smoothly as possible.
* Negotiating with clients and the supply chain.
* Building relationships.
* Liaising with the client and contractors.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you will already have experience working in a similar role and possess knowledge and understanding of construction contracts, BoQs, and schedules of rates, as well as experience working on frameworks and closely with clients and local authorities. Experience in planned maintenance projects is essential for this role, as this is the core focus of the business unit.
You will be comfortable working both on-site and in the office, with some hybrid working arrangements; however, a significant portion of the role will involve on-site work as part of the wider team.
