Job Description:
We are working with a well-regarded Insurance Brokerage in the West Midlands area with a dedicated Private Clients department.
Due to recent internal changes and plans for growth, they are looking to recruit a Private Client Account Executive to take over a sizable book of business to service and grow through new business efforts.
The Opportunity:
You will aim to cultivate and secure strong relationships with existing clients while focusing on prospecting, referrals, cross-sales, and other lead-generating activities to expand your book.
You will be supported by an experienced and growing account handler team who will assist with client relationship management, administration, and risk placement.
You will be remunerated with a competitive salary, company benefits, and a bonus structure to enhance your earnings. You will join a dedicated HNW department specializing in Ultra HNW clients, with excellent access to markets, pipelines, and leads to support your role.
What you will need to be considered?
* Experience with private clients, specifically Household and Motor insurance; knowledge of Jewelry and Fine Art is advantageous.
* A sales background with the ability to network and generate leads within this sector.
* Insurance qualifications are preferable, but a solid grounding in insurance and the right attitude are more important.
