Job Title: Learning and Development/ Training Manager
A permanent, full-time opportunity has arisen for a Home-based Learning and Development/Training Manager to cover southern regions.
The ideal candidate will have access to a car and be willing to travel to various sites and transport training equipment.
Based in Swansea or Cardiff, this role comes with a salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, which includes a base salary of £35,000 and a car allowance of £5,000.
* This is a key role within our organization, responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
* The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop curricula, and implement effective learning solutions.
* They will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing the impact of training initiatives, making recommendations for improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
* Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and assessment results
Requirements:
* Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform training decisions
* Ability to travel to various sites and transport training equipment
* Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
