As a Sales Account Manager at PHMG, you will assume a pivotal role in orchestrating a world-class customer encounter for our clients through the seamless integration of our cloud-based phone solutions. With a primary focus on newly onboarded clients, your mission is to enhance their operational efficiency and elevate their customer interactions by introducing our cutting-edge 'Complete Caller Experience' service. Your responsibility goes beyond managing accounts; it involves strategically positioning our technical solutions to generate additional revenue and unlock the full potential of their communication infrastructure.
Your role is paramount in establishing the trajectory of the client's journey with us. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you'll in still a sense of value and anticipation in our clients, fostering a dynamic that feels less transactional and more partnership-oriented right from the start.

Salary: £27, basic, £55, OTE
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Hours: 1pm – 10pm Monday – Thursday, 1pm – 6pm Friday (4.5 days per week)
Strategic objectives and responsibilities :
1. Engaging in targeted outreach to warm prospects daily, including CEOs and key decision-maker
2. Establishing instant rapport with clients, demonstrating your ability to connect and communicate effectively, emphasizing the technical advantages of our cloud telephony solutions
3. Demonstrating an expert-level understanding of cloud telephony, effectively communicating technical benefits to existing clients
4. Working collaboratively across various teams to deliver top-quality technical solutions that exceed clients expectations
5. Delivering industry-leading customer service to ensure a continuous improvement in client satisfaction
Measures of success:
6. Proven experience in an outbound technical sales role, or targeted Account Management role
7. Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, manage time, and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
8. Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the cloud telephony
9. Proven ability to identify challenges, devise effective solutions and navigate complexities inherent in the technical sales process
10. A strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets, coupled with a strategic approach to leveraging warm leads
