We are looking for a Site Manager to join the Frontier team, based at Wimblington on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and managing the grain storage of the site. You will also ensure Health, Safety, Environment and QA standards are met in line with legal requirements, Company COPs, regulations, and site-specific plans. You will be accountable for ensuring the team operates with integrity whilst delivering a high standard of customer service, within financial framework across all site activities, and help create and maintain a Great Place to Work culture.
The site has the capacity to hold over 90k of cereals and pulses within a mixture of silos and flat store storage. The site has a range of grain handling equipment including cleaners, aspirators, dryers and conveyors and elevators.

About You
8. Experience in grain storage/ grain handling equipment and management of product
9. Excellent communications skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally at all levels with key customers & local authorities
10. Ability to adapt quickly to accommodate changing business and customer needs, while providing a responsive customer-focussed service
11. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontier’s ICE values and creating a Great Place to Work
12. Attention to detail providing high levels of accuracy
13. Experience of managing P&L’s
14. Experience of supervising and managing teams
Your Role
As a Site Manager your role will involve:
15. Ensuring the site is run to relevant legal COP’s, Frontier HAS and QA procedures and KPI targets and making certain all team members with key responsibilities are aware and deliver their duties under these requirements.
16. Overseeing the grain storage operations and maintaining the high-quality standards of storage
17. Liaising with our commercial departments to ensure crop intake and outload is done efficiently and with the customer at the forefront
18. Motivating and creating a positive team environment while providing team with clear direction, while using delegation appropriately to ensure team development
19. Driving efficiencies and challenging processes to ensure that the site operates to best practice while maintaining high levels of customer service
20. Full accountability for site P&L’s including setting accurate budgets and CapEx requirements
21. Ensuring all plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard
