About The Role As our new Sales Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in streamlining our sales process and enhancing the client experience. From coordinating communication between clients, surveyors, and suppliers to ensuring accurate order processing, your contribution will be vital in helping us build strong client relationships. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to ensuring our operations run smoothly, contributing directly to the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for clients—managing phone and email enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Handle incoming customer orders and assist in processing small works quotations. Support the sales team by preparing tailored proposals based on surveyor notes and customer needs. Work closely with suppliers to get the best pricing and ensure accurate orders. Keep our CRM system up to date with precise client and order information. Help create an exceptional client experience from start to finish by being a central point of coordination. What We Are Looking For A proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
