Join Our Team as a Residential Program Facilitator Are you passionate about supporting individuals in overcoming addiction and trauma? The Nelson Trust is seeking a dedicated Residential Program Facilitator to join our team in Stroud. In this role, you will support clients in residential addiction treatment, addressing their practical needs alongside the clinical team. This varied role requires a passionate, energetic, and supportive individual who can assist clients with housing, financial claims, and health matters, ensuring they engage fully with their treatment programme. Key Responsibilities: Prepare for new admissions, support clients with prescription medication, and maintain accurate client records. Establish and maintain multi-agency working relationships to provide a comprehensive and coordinated package of care. Review care plans, ensure clients adhere to treatment rules, and transport clients to appointments. Deliver group interventions as per the treatment timetable, keeping energy levels high and facilitating learning. Facilitate menu planning, client shopping, and regular cooking groups for clients. Undertake health and safety checks and report any noncompliance. What We Are Looking For: Knowledge or experience in a residential addiction treatment setting. Thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
