Account Manager
£27,000 to £30,000 basic, with OTE of circa £15-20k on top in year 1.
This is fully office based in Bolton.
Monday - Friday normal office hours and an early finish on a Friday!
We are looking for an Account Manager from a Tech/IT/Telecoms background with great communication skills and a flair for relationship building to join an exciting and unique business in Bolton.
Responsibilities:
1. Create lasting relationships with business clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service possible and repeat business is maintained.
2. Engage lapsed clients, rebuild relationships, and encourage future business.
3. Work as part of a tight-knit team to ensure that clients are happy, engaged, and business expectations are met.
4. Manage a client base while looking for opportunities to cross-sell the company’s other products/solutions.
5. Work with active, lapsed, and dormant accounts, selling IT/Tech equipment.
Requirements:
1. Previous sales or account management experience from a Tech/IT/Telecoms background.
2. Excellent communication skills and talent for working with people.
3. Based near Bolton (Manchester).
This is a genuinely exciting and dynamic role. Once established, you will have real freedom and autonomy to manage your accounts as you wish—it's all about the relationships.
