As the Digital Photography Executive, supporting the George brand, you'll be the brand guardian for production and outputs end to end. Creating content for online brand channels, you will work closely with the wider Brand Creative team and Photography Assistant; you will ensure all output adheres to our brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for ensuring Fashion e-commerce photography output adheres to brand vision (Womens, Lingerie, Mens, Kids, Baby, Accessories)
* Responsible for creating / implementing and refreshing look and feel of fashion style guide / ensuring this is maintained and seasonally relevant alongside senior
* Adapt look and feel of photography seasonally where relevant to remain aligned to market
* Manage and brief photography team to deliver BAU photography across fashion categories, hold to account
* Take lead on briefing stylists / talent where relevant on the George Brand direction for the season
* Build relationship with Social, PR and Design teams to handover assets where required / to brief
* Maintain high standard of Ecommerce styling / ensure seasonally relevant and updated regularly
* Understanding the budget allocation per production driving cost efficiencies where possible
* Actively review ways of working, look for ways to improve current process alongside senior
* Manage critical paths for shoots, ensure deadlines are adhered to, hold agency to account / feedback internally on timings to wider Brand Team
* Approval on BAU selects across all divisions / Sets
* Accountable for briefing and driving elevated fashion ecommerce shoots for trend moments, considering design/buying directions
* George.com sample process deputy lead
* Actively research and review freelance model casting / new studio talent
* Responsible for updating WIP and shoot planners for area and capacity planning
* Work with fashion Co-Ordinator to manage workload and priorities
Qualifications
* Experience in a creative role is preferred – ideally fashion
* Experience of working in a studio environment
* Fine detail orientated, able to consider end to end bigger picture
* Organisation / confident managing and taking control of projects to lead by example
* Experience of working with external agencies or freelance teams
* Has a balance of creative experience alongside project management
* Communication / relationship builder with numerous teams (internal / agency) and is a confident presenter
* Adaptability / Confident working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritise and multi-task.
