What's the role?
The Solutions team is a critical part of NKD, responsible for creating, defining, and improving NKD’s solutions and products so we can consistently wow and delight our clients.
Working with an incredible project team consisting of Directors, Creative Designers, Project Managers, and Associates, you’ll partner with our clients to co-create, refresh, and deliver learning programmes and engagement experiences that fuel some of the best-known and highest-performing brands, delivering outstanding results long into the future.
You’ll be part of a team of original, breakthrough thinkers who have their fingers on the pulse of work-life change, business trends and human behaviour, and use that expertise to create communication, learning and engagement experiences that are psychologically sound, human-centred, and fit for our client’s brand.

* Walk in our client’s shoes, conducting deep and broad discovery research, gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data.

* Facilitate design labs to shape new solutions that embrace the latest methodologies in learning and development and helps the client to think ‘big’ and outside of the box.
* Write content and design creative solutions, including high-level designs, detailed designs, and session plans, backed up by credible, robust human science.
* Design learning, communications, and engagement solutions that are fit for our client’s brand and business challenge and meets all the stakeholders’ requirements.
* Work closely with external solutions partners, collaborating to deliver exceptional solutions for our clients every time.
* Write and provide clear creative briefs, whether for printed materials, films, or apps, and work in partnership with the project team and other partners to ensure the smooth flow of work.
* Review and amend solution designs in line with project team and client feedback.
* Frequently liaise with clients to keep their experience seamless and makes working with NKD the best part of their job.
* Have a good awareness of, and ensure activities are delivered in line with, the client project budgets and timelines.
* Facilitate client walkthroughs, workshops, and programmes to various audiences including senior client stakeholders, and Train the Facilitator sessions for others who will deliver the final product.

Expertise
You will have experience in:
* A role as a learning designer or consultant, with broad and deep experience in creating, writing, and delivering learning programmes and employee engagement experiences.
* Creating solutions either in-house within organisations or as a consultant in an innovative learning, media or strategic consulting agency.
* A role where you demonstrated a passion in the world of people and organisational development, for example coaching, leadership development, internal communications, or digital learning, staying up to date with current trends and learning that you weave into your solutions.
* Demonstrating exceptional communication skills and empathy, that you flex to your audience, in person and virtually, listening effectively and communicating elegantly and convincingly, yet informally, in an ‘adult to adult’ style.
* Producing work that distils lots of complex and sometimes technical information into a simple, straightforward approach.
* Creating work that demonstrates extremely high levels of attention to detail in everything you do at every stage on the development of learning solutions.
* Roles where you have had to work independently, commercially, and with accountability for the work that you produce.
* A relevant degree or qualification would be ideal, and evidence of continuous professional development and reading in your area of expertise is essential.
* An additional language – this is desirable, but not essential.
* Instructional design, eLearning and digital authoring – this is desirable, but not essential.
* Gets things done independently, with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
* Is willing to travel to deliver the wonderful solutions you have created.
