We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Site Manager to join our dynamic construction team in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with a proven track record in managing both internal and external packages on residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Oversee and coordinate both internal and external works, including finishing, cladding, roofing, groundwork, and utilities. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Manage site documentation, including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), progress reports, and site diaries. Support the Site Manager in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managing internal and external construction packages. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and health and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. A proactive and problem-solving approach to challenges on-site. Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification are essential.
