Technical Expertise: Knowledge of housing adaptations and aids for older and disabled individuals, backed by relevant qualifications or experience. Governance & Reporting: Skilled in advising and collaborating with Boards, with a strong grasp of performance metrics, governance, and compliance. Financial & Commercial Acumen: Experienced in managing budgets, driving income growth, and developing innovative funding streams. Communication & Relationship Building: Confident in engaging diverse stakeholders and presenting complex information effectively. Proactive & Hands On Approach: Ready to roll up your sleeves when needed to support the team and deliver outstanding results. The salary for this role is £56,647 for a 37 hour, full time, permanent position Flexible working policies – we are hybrid working.
