Are you seeking a new opportunity as a registered manager to provide support to vulnerable adults with learning disability and complex needs?

The role:
To provide effective leadership and management of a team of people to support adults with learning disability and complex needs
To coach and mentor and motivate your staff team, creating a positive culture where everyone can achieve their best.
Develop & Implement care and support plans
Offer excellent communication skills and encourage people to be innovative in their thinking and work to share ideas and support making decisions.
Observe and assess staff performance and competencies
Liaise with the HR team, and adhere to legislative and contractual requirements.

You will have excellent communication and team playing skills
Your ability to lead and motivate people is key and working with a positive attitude
Level 5 Leadership & Management
Sound knowledge of CQC legislation and requirements
