Description Oversee the processing of invoices and credit notes. Ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers. Manage, guide, and develop a team of junior staff. Regularly liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Conduct monthly reconciliation of supplier statements. Assist with month-end closing activities. Monitor the Purchase Ledger email inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner. Comply with all company policies and regulations in relation to the role. Profile A successful Purchase Ledger should have: A solid background in Purchase Ledger roles. Experience leading a team. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using finance software. Adeptness at multitasking and working under pressure.
