Ride Team Leader (Seasonal) - Chertsey, Surrey Job Type: Full Time - Seasonal (Fixed End Date) What you'll bring to the team Details Location: Thorpe Park Resort, KT16 8PN Hours: Full Time, 5 days per week Pay: £12.34 per hour Our Rides and Attractions team play a pivotal role in delivering a safe and fun experience for millions of guests on Thorpe Park’s world class attractions. Day to Day you will be: Supervising your given attractions, along with training staff when required. You will be supervising the staff who will be checking ride restraints, carrying out height checks, assisting guests on and off the rides, managing the queue lines, daily cleaning and being a part of an amazing team. This is a fast paced and active role which includes working outside and on weekends or during holidays according to our operational calendar. Managing poor performance to ensure high standards are upheld as well as keeping the team motivated Qualifications & Experience In order to apply for this role, you MUST have: Minimum of 6 months experience of working in an attractions department operating amusement devices. Clear understanding of Health and Safety commitments within a visitor attraction Understanding of amusement ride devices Policy and Procedure enforcement Experience of leading and motivating teams.
