About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our UK operations and drive business growth in the UK market.
As the UK CEO, you will lead a local team to develop and execute strategies that align with Proptivity's broader goals and ambitions.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive market penetration and sales growth through your deep knowledge and connections within the UK real estate sector.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the UK team to develop and execute strategies for business growth in the UK market
* Using your deep sales expertise to secure deals with property developers, owners, and key decision-makers in the commercial real estate market
* Driving complex, high-value sales processes from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and finalization
* Consulting with clients to understand their unique challenges and positioning Proptivity's solutions as the best fit for their buildings
* Collaborating with Proptivity's tech and marketing teams to align business goals with customer needs
* Representing Proptivity in the UK real estate and telecom markets, building relationships that drive growth
* Overseeing the financial performance of the UK business, including managing P&L, budgets, and long-term planning
Requirements:
* Senior leader with 10-15 years of relevant real estate experience, with 5+ years in a C-suite or senior leadership position
* Proven experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management, with a track record of closing large, complex deals in the commercial property or related space
* Consultative, solutions-oriented approach to sales, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and navigate long sales cycles
* Strong network of property developers, landlords, and other decision-makers in commercial real estate, especially in the London market
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
* P&L experience and a strong commercial mindset
