We are now recruiting for a Fleet Technician to join our Gadbrook Team on a Full Time and permanent basis.
Job Description
Shift: Wednesday-Saturday days - 45 hours per week.
Salary: £42,014 per annum.
* You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with Culina Asset Management’s AG Policies and the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.
* Service, inspection, maintenance and repair of diverse fleet of vehicles and trailers
* Electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis, repair and installation
* Overhaul electrical equipment and components
* Setting and operating of machine tools and equipment
* Welding and metal working
* Department of Transport (MOT) testing preparation
* Parts ordering and stores management
* Support team members including Apprentice Technicians as required
* Accurately record time and detail of completed jobs
* Carry out inspection and repair of workshop equipment as directed
* Other work within normal grade/job skills as required
* Ad-hoc duties as required
* Health and safety at work and workshop cleanliness is of paramount importance
Qualifications
* HGV L3 in vehicle maintenance; L2 and time served will be considered.
* Cat C+E licence highly desirable.
* Excellent customer service mindset
* Great communication skills
* Ability to work quickly and effectively
* Must be hardworking and self-motivated and a productive Technician
* Ability to tackle all aspects of repair and servicing
* Diagnostics skills/
