Job Description
Client Relations/Project Managers (AE) play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of projects. They serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and work closely with internal company teams to deliver exceptional service. We expect them to be reliable professionals able to achieve a balance between customer and a results-driven approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships built on trust and understanding their needs and preferences.
2. Communication: Interact with clients and internal company teams daily, ensuring clear and effective communication to drive project success.
3. Account Planning: Collaborate with clients to create strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth and proposing solutions.
4. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Project Management: Coordinate and manage the execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
6. Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions, office activities, team meetings, and client meetings to contribute to the overall success and culture of the company.
7. Documenting: Maintain accurate records of account activity and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
8. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and maintain alignment on all client activity.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven leadership experience, ideally in an account management or related role.
3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in project management.
7. Knowledge of plastic and oral surgery terms and services is a plus.
8. A proactive and customer-centric mindset.
9. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
10. Other duties as assigned by the Account Executive Manager.
