WHAT TO EXPECT
Working to support global production and interfacing across a vast network in the Import and Export Operations department, the Senior Account Management Analyst will serve as a key liaison between global production plants and UK teams to establish significant cross-functional stakeholder relationships ensuring smooth execution of global supply chain operations.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* Develop and work within an Account Management governance framework that enables key outputs to be delivered according to the required process and managing the flow of communication, ensuring any risks to the successful running of the accounts are escalated in time.
* Partner with business line managers to understand and frame operational problems for further analysis, managing projects or processes with limited oversight from manager, coaching, reviewing and delegating work with cross-functional teams.
* Perform analysis on large data sets to optimise supply chain operations workflow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency, validate performance per account.
* Provide support and strategic insight to enhance efficiencies, delivery and process improvement.
* Represent the department in Customer Governance and business reviews.
WHAT YOU NEED
* Previous experience and background in supply chain operations accompanied with a proven track record of successful delivery of continuous improvement and problem solving.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of complex organisations.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable strategies to support customer satisfaction.
* Data Analysis and Reporting - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to analyse data and metrics to generate actionable insights with experience of developing metrics and KPIs.
* Familiarity with Just-In-Time, lead time and capacity planning.
