You will provide outstanding customer service, following all enquiries to completion across the Credit Control and Debt Management end to end journey.
How will I spend my time in this role?
* Payment Reconciliation – credit card payments, liaise with our Finance team to discuss any discrepancies;
* Managing end to end direct debit process;
* Requesting Disconnection and Reconnection;
* Tracing old customers/landlords to make contact;
* Monitoring and managing credit terms given to new clients;
* Monitoring and decision making on older debt;
* Managing Agreements to Pay while ensuring that all monies are collected, and a smart meter installed with customers on pre-pay;
* Liaising with Technical Team to request fast track of smart meter, manage and monitor progress;
* Managing unpaid/cancelled direct debits;
* Attend company briefings.

Proven debt collection skills and experience.
