The Opportunity
As the Non-Conformance (NC) Manager, you will oversee the effectiveness of NC processes for the HPC project, including Internal, Manufacturing, and Site operations. You’ll ensure the successful deployment of processes, procedures, guidance, and tools, while leading a team of NCR Expeditors to drive progress through the NC Management tool.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with the NCR management team to develop and deploy tools and processes for non-conformance resolution across the HPC project. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effectiveness of NCR processes across manufacturing, site, and internal operations, and maintaining alignment between these areas.
You’ll oversee a team of NCR Facilitators, monitor non-conformance resolutions, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, escalating issues as needed.
Additionally, you’ll provide reporting and trend analysis to key stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of NCR management practices across the project.
Who you are
You will have experience in project delivery, ideally within the nuclear power sector, with a focus on quality management across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning.
You’ll need a strong understanding of quality assurance and control best practices, as well as the ability to influence and advocate for practical solutions while remaining open to new ideas.
This role requires excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing presentations, interfacing with project teams, supply chain, and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be a proactive team player and able to work independently, influencing project outcomes.
