Role:
Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Manager to oversee and enhance operations for a major global sponsorship account.
You’ll collaborate with the client and Senior Account Manager/Operations Lead to drive projects and provide support as needed. This fast-paced role demands excellent attention to detail, as you’ll manage multiple projects, update systems, and assist with broader account management year-round.
This role involves fostering team collaboration, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining operational excellence in a dynamic international setting. You’ll manage a portfolio spanning motorsport, football, and music partnerships!
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, offering insights to drive improvements.
* Foster innovation and fresh ideas within the team and agency.
* Support the SAM in preparing quarterly and annual reports.
* Evaluate project outcomes, capturing best practices, lessons learned, and client insights.
* Share best practices and client insights with the team and agency.
Requirements:
* Experience in sports partnerships or marketing is a plus but not required.
* Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Quick to learn and adapt, with the ability to navigate complex client accounts and business structures.
* Skilled in communicating effectively with executive and C-suite clients, as well as broader business teams.
