SAC Planning Consultant
Summary of Role
To support and consult on our growing pipeline of SAC planning customers.
As an SAC Consultant, you will be responsible for working day-to-day within the Analytics & EPM practice, delivering consulting and support services to a wide range of domestic and global clients.
This is a very customer focused, hands-on role where the consultant will be expected to lead on customer issues, developments, as well as collaborate with other functional and technical consultants across the SAP product portfolio. The consultant will primarily support the UK Managed Services Team, however NTT operate a line of business model, so this is a hybrid opportunity blending support with project delivery.
The ideal candidate will be able to encourage effective team working by seeking input from team members and will support team members (technically and operationally) in achieving continuous improvement by encouraging ideas and recommendations for procedural, operational and system improvements.
This role will report to the UK Analytics and EPM Team Manager for the day-to-day activity. The role is 100% home based with some potential for limited travel to customer site.

Key Responsibilities
SAC Planning imperatives:
* Proven experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud’s planning functionality.
* A background in supporting intricate financial planning projects, preferably SAP SAC Planning and/or SAP BPC.
* Experience and understanding of financial principles that underpin financial planning.
* Experience of configuration of S/4 HANA Group Reporting product on S/4.
* Experience of two full project cycles.
Qualification:
* 1-2 years implementing or supporting SAC Planning solutions.
* Experience in working and testing on SAC upgrade cycles.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Support SAC Planning solutions with good understanding of the outputs and technical deliverables.
* Understand and support Key Financial Planning technical requirements.
* Produce support documentation and specifications according to managed services processes and procedures to ISO 9001 standard.
* Follow managed services processes to meet customer SLAs and update and maintain all relevant information in the NTT Ticketing systems.
* Communicate regularly and promptly to all stakeholders. Provide escalations where required.
Professional Skills:
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* Desire to work in an information systems environment
* Excellent English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
* FICO Functional experience.
* Group Reporting functional knowledge.
* S/4 HANA Group Reporting Technical Knowledge.
* S/4 HANA functional knowledge, including data models.
* SAP SAC Planning Certification.
* SAP S/4 HANA Group Reporting Certification.
* Experience of at least 1 fully implemented project.
* Experience of Working with SAP BPC, SAP BW and BW4HANA.
* Experience of non-SAP EPM products, especially Info d/EPM.
* JavaScript knowledge to support the development of Analytics Applications within SAC
* Importing data and structure from finance modules in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
