Job Description
The People Systems Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the HRIS roadmap. The main focus of this role is the creation and maintenance of Business Objects reports, while also assisting the HRIS People Systems Manager as a Systems Administrator. This position ensures the efficient delivery of data analysis and insightful reports to support strategic decision-making by management teams.
The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear, actionable reports and ensure all outputs are well-documented. Data security standards, including GDPR and organisational policies, must be adhered to at all times. Additionally, the People Systems Analyst will assist in administering and optimising iTrent, ensuring system performance, managing user access, and maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Objects Reporting: Use the Business Objects tool to generate detailed and insightful reports that provide valuable HR management information.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into clear and effective report designs.
3. Report Creation & Troubleshooting: Develop, test, and troubleshoot reports using a ticketing system, ensuring all reports are signed off and well-documented.
