Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
Individualized Support: Provide personalized assistance to students through one-on-one and small-group support.
IEP Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to address students’ specific needs.
Inclusive Classroom: Work closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels supported.
Skill Development: Help students develop essential social, emotional, and academic skills.
Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and provide valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
Behavior Support: Aid in classroom management and apply positive behavior strategies to create a calm learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience working with children is essential.
Compassion: A caring, patient, and empathetic approach is key.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in special education are a plus, though not essential.
