The Role of Internal Sales Executive: We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Newbridge, Edinburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will leverage your skills to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients and customers, all while having the drive and passion to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business. Key responsibilities include: Sales: Conduct outbound sales calls to both new and existing accounts. Respond to incoming enquiries and seize every opportunity to convert them into sales. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and customers. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our group products. Continuously expand your knowledge of our Hire Fleet and equipment Collaboration & Teamwork: Record and monitor client requirements in the CRM system for efficient customer data management. Collaborate effectively within internal teams at Jarvie Plant, including sales, operations, and transport, to streamline processes and deliver comprehensive hire solutions. Customer Service & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales enquiries at Jarvie Plant handling customer enquiries received by phone, email or website and providing exceptional customer service Respond to enquiries, resolving any issues promptly and offer regular updates where necessary Engage proactively with customers to strengthen relationships, address their needs, and identify opportunities for additional hires or sales.
