We are looking for 4 undergraduate university students to join our London-based Actuarial Pricing team for a 1-year Industrial Placement Program starting on 10th June 2025.

Your Team
Our Global Pricing Team is dedicated to navigating through the complex landscape of pricing strategies worldwide, crafting innovative pricing models that ensure our clients remain competitive.
The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to Senior Pricing Actuaries, you will assist team members in supporting actuarial methodology and pricing. You will get involved in a variety of pricing topics across different lines of commercial business, including Predictive Modelling.
Some of your specific responsibilities during your Placement Program could include:
1. Preparation and communication of pricing data.
2. Support Pricing actuaries with Case pricing of the largest and more complex accounts.
3. Support the maintenance of pricing capability through the development of appropriate statistical pricing methodologies.
4. Research topics relating to Global Pricing and undertake additional ad hoc tasks.
What You’ll Bring to the Role

8. Strong computer fundamentals such as Excel, VBA, and SQL or Python experience preferred.
9. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree course in a numerate subject.
10. Minimum Grade B in A-level Mathematics.
This industrial placement will commence on 10th June 2025. You must be available to start work on this date.
Further Information:
This is a fixed-term opportunity for 12 months. Successful candidates will receive the London Living wage which is currently £13.85 per hour. We anticipate applications being accepted until March 15th 2025 but reserve the right to close earlier if application numbers are high.
