Finance Business Partner - Operations FP&A (3 Month Fixed Term Contract)
The Consumer Operations Finance team is a key part of Finance and Strategy in VMO2 and is instrumental in shaping and supporting the direction of the Operations division. The wider team provides operational leadership, decision support and financial control to the Operations division.
This role is a key member of the Consumer FP&A Finance team, supporting in the analysis of the overall performance of the Operations P&L. The role focuses on the consolidation of the full Operations P&L and Capex and will be instrumental in supporting the Consumer Finance Director, Director of Consumer FP&A, Operations Finance Director, Chief Operating Officer, Operations SLT, and Group across Month End and Planning cycles.
The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Be a qualified accountant or studying towards a qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex and detailed information in an easy to understand manner to all levels of the business
* Commercial acumen to generate appropriate insight
* Ability to step back and look at the big picture to identify unusual trends or areas of focus
