As a Bartender you will be part of a team who provides exceptional bar service at events and on matchdays. This position is based at Hibernian FC.
Responsibilities:
* Attention to detail and ability to fulfil orders correctly
* Knowledge of basic spirits and mixers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple requests at the same time
* Ability to work in a stressful, loud or noisy environment
* Confidence and knowledge to apply laws and in-house rules even when under pressure
