Role and Experience Level
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer with 5-7 years PQE to join the firm's esteemed Private Client team based in Whitstable. This role is suited for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) passionate about delivering excellence in wills and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload including:
* Drafting wills and estate planning documents
* Providing advice on estate and inheritance tax planning
* Managing estate administration for lay executors or where the firm is appointed as executor
* Offering guidance on trust usage and preparing powers of attorney
* Addressing general private client matters (excluding conveyancing)

You'll play a key part in ensuring clients receive the highest standards of legal advice and compassion, helping them navigate complex issues with clarity.
