Our client is an established and successful business based in Newton Aycliffe. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The Job you will be doing
* Answering all inbound phone calls
* Taking messages
* Passing through messages to the correct people if needed
* Contacting customers with lead times and prices
* Answering queries on deliveries and stock availability
* Organising transport and parcel deliveries
* Ordering stock and chasing missing items
* Inputting stocks onto system
* Processing both computer and paper copies of paperwork into the files
* Liaising with company directors
* Inputting invoices on Xero for company accountants
About You
* Previous receptionist or administrative experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Computer literate
* Happy working in a small team
* Organised and hard working
